Take your dog for a walk before coming to the grooming salon.

Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge you for it.

Never bring the dog on a full stomach.

Please report any heat, illness or other conditions so I can take them into account during the grooming session.

Bring your dog in a flea-free area, or let me know if you suspect your dog has fleas. This way I can take this into account and prevent contamination of other dogs.
